Rooted in Indiana

[ FRAMEWORK ]
[ HIGHLIGHT ]

Our approach is anchored in climate‑smart operations, embedding responsible resource management and environmental risk considerations into facility design and day‑to‑day operations. This includes advancing energy efficiency, conserving water, and implementing robust waste management practices—such as comprehensive recycling and back‑of‑house composting—to maximize diversion through reuse and recycling.

We also prioritize homegrown impact, using our platform to connect community action with environmental restoration across Central Indiana. By engaging guests, partners, performers, and local organizations, we help turn shared values into tangible, place‑based outcomes.

Finally, through purpose‑built partnerships, we leverage collaboration and procurement to accelerate sustainability impact. By working closely with partners who share our goals, we amplify our reach and ensure our efforts extend beyond the building itself—strengthening both our community and our collective path toward a more sustainable future.
